Branded Content Lead Mike Edgell Wins Two More Directing Awards
This month 76BrandFims received gold and bronze awards in the Online Video Directing category at the 37th annual Telly Awards.
76BrandFilms Director Mike Edgell partnered with Covenant House and SKETCH to create a compelling, edgy, emotive piece to build awareness of issues facing homeless youth. A five minute short film featured the story of Oddane Taylor, a man who lived on the streets and in shelters growing up before getting his life on track. The video ends reminding viewers that Oddane’s story may have had a happy ending but there are many others like him that need help. This emotional tale with a strong performance and message won a gold award and can be viewed here.
A day in the life of a mom isn’t easy and Johnson & Johnson / J3 showcased that with an online branded video series shot from mom’s point of view. The videos featured a real family, using a number of flagship brands (NEUTROGENA®, AVEENO®, TYLENOL® Adult + Kids, MOTRIN® Adult + Kids, TYLENOL® Nighttime, BAND-AID®, POLYSPORIN®, REACTINE®, LISTERINE®, J-BABY®, AVEENO BABY®).
